No I don't think it is open to everyone yet. I know it had a problem recently where something couldn't cope with the demand and they had to take down Wizard Duels and Potion Making to get the site to run better. The last time I went on it before Christmas they were still beta testing book 1 and then it was back in maintenance mode. I'll check now for you Lozzy.

EDIT - Just checked the site now, it's still in Beta
