I feel a bit like a tyrant having sole admin control.
This an equal partnership so please feel free to pick how you'd like the site to go forward.

1) I promote everyone to admin
2) I remain admin, you are all global mods/co-admins
3)Everyone picks areas they feel strongest at and become head admin for that: eg graphics, coding, category/thread/board layout, contests, etc
4)Other

I think we should each have equal responsiblity. Each founder has an pm with the password for the admin account. Please don't pass it on. Use responsibly.

i like the idea of having different roles that play to your strengths ie graphics or oc artwork, but i'm sure we all agree that we could never class you as a tyrant tom xxx

I don't think it really matters, we have the password for the admin account if anything should occur so I don't see the need to make any changes. I don't want to have a distinct admin role either if that gets chosen.
I would likely vote for 2 & 4 if i could register my 2nd option.

I like the idea of us each having distinct roles: that was we can concentrate on what we're best at rather than leaving it all to one person or having access to everything (which is majorly stressful)

Very true, sorry if you feel slighted I'm snowed under with work. I have 3 assignments due and I'm applying for my pre-reg year.

It's ok, I understand you are busy and everyone else is likely too. I just don't see why it mattered to fancy up things and give out titles just to make everybody an admin.
Without everyone together posting and interacting there might aswell not be a website.. Maybe it is time to hold off posting all together.. it's never really recovered from October/Novemeber.

NB: Doesn't want a specific role we never needed them on FB. We are all all equal and know our limits to what we can/can't do. I wouldn't go and try and update wallpapers if I didn't know how to. Everyone should be free to create images/graphics if they want to, the site is meant to be for fun not a job.
So if everyone else wants to be branded with something go ahead, I feel it is very unnecessary.

I don't really know what to say. I was trying to ask what people wanted. You don't have to shoulder any responsibilities at all, and anyone can pitch in to do anything. It's just a site doesn't have the liberty of making itself, and I don't want people to feel like I have the final say in all areas of it or it wouldn't last.
The roles were not meant to be jobs... everythig is working smoothly, it's just I thought people might have ideas on how to make it look better.
