ITM: Additional sideplot activity

Tommy had a great idea about having Lauren's outside plot running on a separate thread so we can develop these characters without them getting lost in the main Hogwarts school thread. What does everyone think? We could always keep the two running side by side at similar timelines so if we need to cross the characters over we can do so?

Having a moment to think maybe it's not just the Order that get lost in the flow of the normal school days like: Dragona, Kyle in Ireland, Wolves in forest etc.. Could we do something with those as well that makes it easier to follow?

So now that we moved the OoTP subplot rather successfully, does anyone have any thoughts on whether they think other side plots should be moved either due to them being lost on the main thread (eg Dragona) , to make it easier to read up and follow specific side plots (eg saturn wolves), so stories that are ahead/ behind in timescale (eg Kyle/Leah) can be continued/be brought up to date or various other reasons. Clearly the side plots will not be moved just like that, its probably best if done one at a time to see how it goes.

Possibly yes, likely I don't write about them enough.
I am waiting for the next day to trigger a post about one of the Saturn wolves, I also could write about Riri's visit to Scotland (She might have apparated there by the evening) although she wont arrive to vist Hogwarts till the next maybe say after.
Rufus/Michael/Izzy still needs to remain a bit mysterious in the early days unless I can get more plot going there to expand.

The Order on the separate page is now awesome, I would really enjoy RPing that as a main thread rather then just a side. I love the characters, I love the feel that it's set in London and not quite so submersed in Magical stuff like ITM.
I can't wait to start linking the plots from the two threads together

I definitely agree, I am loving OotP too, I always thought doing rps out of hogwarts would be difficult but it is actually really natural and feels very real. Jazzie join us!!! I think I might bring in Keren as a Sporus aide too, what do you think?

I totally agree Tom, I picked Oxford Street as it was a well know place that I have been many times and could easily write about. The office on 13 Manette Street is real too except on google map it is office spaces to let so I got creative and is realistically 5 mins walk from Heath's favourite coffee shop. It explodes with a natural feel and I really love it.

It would be great to have Jazzie join us and Amanda too if they want to we can always accommodate more characters. Alternatively if they want to join the other half of the Order if would be great to read what Sporus is doing as well.

I think you should Tom if you can handle another character, it may strengthen the other side of the side plot. I am hesitant to create another character there purely because I have quite an influential drive with Heath heading the Anti Order (They need a new name).
Lozzy and I had a few ideas about plot points that Sporus or an Order Aide was going to carry out on other Hogwarts students families to start a serial chain of Death Eater eradication with a twist of personal actions thrown in.
I'd like to know about Damien too who lives with Nell, I think they could been given a interesting role to be brought into play.

It's up to you what your character has been doing for the rest of the day after the meeting. We are now at about 7pm and I had my character send yours a 'gift' so there is always that, that you can get a feel for character with how they would react etc. If you need help by all means just shout
